Bonrath stands for commercial and industrial construction, steel construction, house construction and container construction. For INTEWA, the steel hall integrated in the KFW55 overall concept was cleverly adapted to the solid construction. The construction process went extremely smoothly.
The INTEWA building sits on a 6 m high layer of clay on a slight slope. The civil engineering works started during a rainy season. Sanders Tiefbau mastered the very difficult soil conditions and distinguished itself as an absolute specialist for civil engineering work.
Norbert Schnitzler from Schnitzler Elektrotechnik is a craftsman, as you can rarely find today. Down to earth, reliable, fast and experienced. At the new INTEWA building, he was responsible for almost the entire electrical engineering and did an excellent job.
Mr. Franke from EUT Haustechnik is not only an INTEWA regular customer, but also a picture book installer for ecological building services. He is extremely experienced and gave us excellent advice and support for our new building.
